Excellent product and service

Barely working at all

I am actually very disappointed and hope to return these. I first saw them when a rug expert came to work on my Moroccan rug. I ordered a pair for myself. The blades seem to be bent too high to get to the level of what needs to be snipped. I am in Connecticut for the summer but will return to NYC in the fall and I would like to return them then. I would appreciate it if someone from the company—maybe Dan, who I spoke to—would email me about this.
